PRIVACY POLICY

This site is run by Revie Lake, who decides why your information is held and what is done with it. Contact us about anything on this page at revie@mahikiracing.com.

Only what you type into the contact form — your name, your email address, your message and any file you attach — and only when you choose to send it. We use it to read your enquiry and reply to it. Nothing else, and there is nowhere else on this site to give us anything more.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: answering someone who has deliberately got in touch. The tick box on the form records your consent to us holding the details while we do. You can withdraw it at any time.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking.

Our hosting and email providers, because your message has to be delivered and stored somewhere. Nobody else. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

For as long as it takes to deal with your enquiry, and afterwards only where we still have a reason to — an ongoing arrangement, or a record we are legally required to keep. When neither applies, it is deleted.

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy.
• Correct it, or complete it.
• Delete it, where we have no continuing reason to keep it.
• Stop or limit what we do with it.
• Hand it over in a portable form.

If we get it wrong you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk — though we would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
